If you are not completely satisfied your gold or platinum ring purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund! If you would like to return a Continuum Silver ring we will honor the purchase price in an exchange with any other product that we sell, however, there will be no monetary refunds in return for rings made with this metal. You will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the reason for return is a mistake on our part. Please make sure to insure all returns as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returns Process
Contact us to obtain an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number) if you are planning on returning or exchanging a ring. All returns, and exchanges, must be received in their original condition and first be handled with us over the phone (1-888-949-RING) or via email (customerservice@orthodoxrings.com). All rings and wedding bands returned to OrthodoxRings.com must have a visible RMA#, written in large numbers, at the top of your invoice, or copy of your invoice, inside your return package. An explanation regarding reason of return is requested (but not required), which can be attached to your invoice.
RMA#s are only given to orders that fall within the 30 day time period of the original purchase. Exchanges do not reset this 30 day time period. Any items returned past our 30 day Return Policy, or without a visible RMA number, will be refused and not processed. Please note: shipping and engraving charges are not refundable.
Returns must not exhibit any signs of wear or mistreatment to be acceptable for a refund or an exchange. Rings showing signs of wear or any alteration by a jeweler other than OrthodoxRings.com will not be accepted.
If your ring is incorrect or flawed, when initially shipped to you, we will email you a shipping label to pay for your shipping in its entirety. In all other circumstances you will be required to cover the shipping cost plus insurance. If you would like, let us know, and we will take care of this for you, at an additional charge (comparable to FedEx). We do this as a service to our customers by emailing you a shipping label and setting up a pickup (if so desired) at a time that works best for you.
For security reasons, do not write OrthodoxRings.com (OrthodoxR is recommended), or other Jewelry-related words on your exchange or return package and also not to make known the contents when insuring the package. OrthodoxRings.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that takes place with items that are shipped back to us to be processed as an exchange or return.

- If you have any sizing doubts, after going through the steps provided by our website (sizing), we recommend getting measured by a professional jeweler before ordering your OrthodoxRings.com ring or wedding band. We also recommend reading our sizing page before placing your order, even if you do see a professional jeweler.
- Sizing options are available if your ring does not fit. We will have your ring re-sized for you for a fee of $45 (within 30 days of receipt of your order), not including shipping.
- If we send you the wrong size by accident, we will send you a new ring, of the correct size, at no cost (we pay for shipping).
- Since we individually make each of our rings, and wedding bands, exchanges may be done one time only within 30 days of receipt of your ring. Once we have exchanged your ring, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
Note that exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the original purchase. An exchange does not extend an additional 30 day return period.

We may, on occasion, choose to use Fed Ex®, or USPS, on certain shipments as well, in order to make sure that you receive your rings and wedding bands on time and in good condition. All of our rings and wedding band shipments are insured through G4S (the world's largest security company). This gives us the ability to insure and track each ring and wedding band that we ship, so that in the case of loss or transit damage, you are fully covered and insured for the full purchase price of your order. G4S insurance is automatically included on all shipments of rings and wedding bands.
To help you plan your order's arrival, you'll find an estimated arrival range listed in the product details for each ring and wedding band. This is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to manufacture, package, and deliver your order. All of our rings are custom made for each order. Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your package during transit.
Since rings and wedding bands are often given for special occasions, we will be flexible to assist you in creating a surprise. We can, sometimes (depending on product and delivery area) expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion (for a minimal additional fee), or we can ship your order to a location other than your home to help you maintain your surprise. Free Engraving*
We offer free engraving on all gold and platinum Christian Design rings. Please note that customers should expect rings to be shipped two days later than stated when engraving has been requested.

This means that someone must be at your shipping address to sign for your ring (or rings), or UPS/Fed Ex will leave a notification slip with further delivery instructions. You can then pick up your package the same the day at your local UPS or Fed Ex station or delivery will be re-attempted 2 more times before the package is returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you for further shipping options.

UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes, so please make sure to fill out a physical shipping address when ordering.
U.S. Military APO AE & FPO AP Addresses
